Volunteer Kickoff and Campaign Organizing Skillshare!

Campaign season is in full swing as we approach voting day on Tuesday, November 3. And we need your help right away help elect Frank to the City Council on the Green Party ticket. Frank and our campaign team are speaking up and organizing to end high poverty, to make our streets safer and ultimately, for a dignified life for everyone in Syracuse.  With less than two months left, now is the time throw ourselves all in! Electing the first Green to Syracuse's City Council is within our reach if we all come together behind Frank. Let's shake up our stale and corrupt political system and elect a community activist that is a proven champion of community building and cooperation.

Please join us for our Volunteer Kick-Off on Friday, Sept. 11!  It will be a fun environment where we collaborate and learn the basic skills needed to effectively communicate with voters. Get ready to help Frank's campaign and build the skills we need to talk issues with people and organize for the kind of future we want for our communityl

Our campaign has already been gaining momentum - we began initial doorknocking in June and have distributed 800 pieces of literature. But the political establishment is prepared to spend tens of thousands, to keep the systems in place that keep Syracuse economically segregated and our neighbors struggling.

So it's absolutely essential that supporters like you get involved in our growing movement!

The space is fully accessible and we are making every effort to organize rideshares, so let us know if you need a ride to arrive. There is a parking lot at Brown Memorial Church.

The morning after our training, we need 20 volunteers to help blanket the Westside with campaign door hangers. RSVP for a shift here. We need volunteers to help distribute 5000 door hangers in neighborhoods through out the second district. We supply the materials, maps and breakfast. You just bring energy and a comfortable pair of shoes.
